[Wine] Cant play Warcraft 3

I have wine 0.9.46 and warcraft 3RC 1.21b 

When I start up warcraft3 i get: Fatal Error
Program: c:\program files\warcraft III\war3.exe

then it tells me it cant locate the cd

Im not very savvy with linux yet
I dont know how to upgrade wine, it wont do it in synaptic manager, adept manager
Ive also installed vcredist_x86.exe that didnt do anything

I have a hp pavilion 1000 intel chipset builtin
