You should always install in Wine, not copy from Windows or configure your Wine to point at your windows installation, see the FAQ.

If you would like to submit test data, please fix your Wine setup so that it is not pointing to your windows install and make sure you install the programs using Wine, since the AppDB is about how well things work in Wine, not how well things work in Windows.

The same is probably recommended for filing bug reports.
