Your /media/sata1 partition is probably mounted noexec. If that is a Windows partition, you should install World of Warcraft to your Linux account by using Wine to run the installer.

Changing the mount options for that partition will get you past this error, but you are likely to have other problems if you run programs from a windows filesystem and do not install them in Wine.
