AFAIK, Wine does not support any Windows drivers. You need a Linux driver; once installed, Wine should see it. 
http://openprinting.org/show_printer.cgi?recnum=Lexmark-Z1300 has some information about the Linux driver for your printer. Consult your distro for how to install it in CUPS.
