Assuming you have real com devices (not usb):

ln -s /dev/ttyS0 ~/.wine/dosdevices/com1
ln -s /dev/ttyS1 ~/.wine/dosdevices/com2
ln -s /dev/ttyS2 ~/.wine/dosdevices/com3
ln -s /dev/ttyS3 ~/.wine/dosdevices/com4



Then make sure that all of those /dev/ttyS? "files" are accessible by your user.
