[Wine] Installing games in /usr/local/games/

Wine programs install in your ~/.wine directory.  Windows, by and large, 
assumes a single user environment, so Windows programs need not-- and don't-- 
really belong anywhere other users can get to them.  This is a feature, not a 
bug.
