I bet you didn't read the link I sent!  Specifically,
http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=7969#c4
tells you how to get legacy 5 running.  Here's an easier
version of that recipe:
  wget http://kegel.com/wine/winetricks
  sh winetricks vb6run
will probably get it running; you might also need
  sh winetricks dcom98
