[Wine] Microstation files read only

I've installed Bentleys Microstation V8, all seems to be working but I can only open files as read only, (even files that I've just created).

Error message states
"File is currently in use by:
Username:
Computer:
Open as read only YES     CANCEL"

Is this a matter of changing some setting for the file attributes, if so, where?
