I know Winetrick does not have an IE installer, that's why I mentioned crossover because it is through a direct download from Microsoft and one only get the English version. On Windows you can't install an IE of not the same language as the O/S.

For Wine, I have fake IE it it seems to be enough with Gecko.

I will try with LANG as English over the weekend.
