[Wine] Rosetta v3 part 13

So I'm a new ubuntu user trying to make the leap.  I got tired of rebuilding xp systems that my g/f destroyed with malware and viruses every 6 months.  

Trying to get rosetta stone v3 (german) to work using wine 1.0.  I get the following error...

Perhaps a copyright protection that keeps you from installing other then reinstalling under your first user id (i.e. my XP account username and authentication code)?

Any thoughts?  I'm going to try two things ripping an iso and updating wine.

I'd appreciate any help.
