Hi,

I tested bug15062.exe. The matter mentioned in 
http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=15062 
could not be replicated. 

My configuration is KUbuntu 8.0.1, Wine 1.1.3
Bottle configured as winXP, Desktop window
Windows Manager Controlling Windows Decoration,
and Contents.

BTW I am not facing any problems till date with
Delphi Compiled Programs But with Delphi Itself.
Its True That Delphi is Written In Delphi itself.

Anyway Can somebody Suggest me debug
switches to be used so that problem area
can be Detected. I feel that using some DLL native
could solve this problem. 

Wine and Linux both are great so I strongly feel that
a workaround is definitely Possible.
