[Wine] Help me, with an Italian Law-Software

Sorry my english.
I have to run this software
"Infoutet Platinum" a law database.
It work with .net 1.1
I have add "gdiplus.dll" and override native and scrrun.dll and regsvr32 it.

There is a solution?
The wine version is the last 1.1.4, s.o. ubuntu 8.04, the software is original.
