[Wine] Wine menu items?

Had a previous problem with a program not installing, in Wine, correctly, so I uninstalled Wine, but had to manually delete the Wine menu items in the Gnome 'Applications' menu list.  After reinstalling Wine, the menu items did not install again.  I can manually add the items to the Gnome 'Applications' menu, but do not know what the true names of the Wine applications that are installed in the menu by default.  Does anyone know where I can find these default Wine options?  I remember there was several options, such as a registry editor, wine configuration, and some others I don't remember.
