[Wine] Regedit issues, not owned by root

Right, but if the registry is corrupted for some reason, could give
weird errors. Especially since you tried sudo'ing and such.

Try:
$ mv ~/.wine ~/.wine.bak
$ wine regedit

and see if it works.
