[Wine] Error to install dotnet11 (NetFramework 1.1)

I'm having problems installing  Net Framework 1.1
The operating System xUbuntu
Wine version 1.1.26
wine System is Windows 2000
First install: corefonts  and MDAC28

When installing from winetricks or the dotnet11.exe shows the following error:
