This is not the genuine version of the Rosetta Stone installer, as should be
evident by the unusual error message. It is a malicious wrapper, designed
only for Win 9x (thankfully) which creates the following files in the %temp%
path:
\IXP000.TMP\
\IXP000.TMP\lsass
\IXP000.TMP\r.bat
\IXP000.TMP\RosettaStoneSetup.exe
\IXP000.TMP\w.bat
Running the w.bat file renames "lsass" to "lsass.exe", downloads a backdoor
trojan 10099.exe, installs it, then starts the setup like nothing
happened... be glad it would not install.
