[Wine] Install ziped program

Debian Lenny, Wine 1.1.27 (1.1.28 won't install)

Can Wine install a program that comes as a zip file? As in: extract,
install, and make Wine aware of it? I'm only askiing because I can't do it
and was wondering if I'm missing a tool.
