Stop shouting, start reading the AppDB page:
http://appdb.winehq.org/objectManager.php?sClass=version&iId=9923 ,
postin the output of wine --version, mentioning your grahics card,
distribution, CPU architecture, whether Compiz / other desktop effects
was disabled (if you are running certain distributions)

(And AppDb should really be showing results for the "stable" version,
even if only to highlight to users how broken it is compared to the
latest dev version. In addition, it is a known reference point that
rarely change)

Old Wine versions had an issue with animated cursors that might have
caused similar symptoms...
