First, stop posting screenshots that don't show anything useful; in order to troubleshoot your problem, we need terminal output.

You couldn't cd to the directory because there are spaces in the path. http://www.hypexr.org/bash_tutorial.php#spaces

You didn't mention what version of Wine you are using. If it's not the latest development release, upgrade.

For your notepad problem: open a terminal, type
