[Wine] Wine app disappear from virtual desktop

I need to run vent, and a game (guild wars) in a virtual window so vent has focus for PTT.  I found out how to put them both in the same virtual window "http://forum.winehq.org/viewtopic.php?p=35990#35990" but I am having an issue where if I minimize both (guild wars runs full screen, and to see users in vent, I need to minimize it) vent normally disappears.  Any idea on how to fix this issue, or a way to switch to a window running in a virtual desktop?
