[Wine] Install a with program multiple CDs on Wine, with a Mac

I want to install a game on my computer, i got wine and all, i built it from this tutorial  (http://davidbaumgold.com/tutorials/wine-mac/#what-is) but now i cant install the game, i put in a CD with out ~cd, and the startup runs great until it asks for the next CD, after this the computer wont let me eject it while X11 is running, meaning it stops half way, how do i get around this.
