[Wine] WoW toons loads 100% and just sits there

Basically in the title, no error message in the terminal, can't figure out
how to fix this.  In top wow.exe sits at a fixed MB for memory and maybe 2%
cpu, but never more than that.  Need help.  Need my wow fix, but have no
idea what to try.  I started with a fresh .wine and installed vcrun2005sp1
manually.
