IE6 will install with winetricks, though it's buggy. 

Have you tried spoofing your user agent in a Linux browser? Some stupidly-designed websites will simply check the user agent string and refuse to let you go further if it's not on their list, but if you can get past that the site might actually work fine. (Or not, but it's worth a try.)
