Winetest shows you the paths where it is working, well at least part of it ;)
In German it would probably be in
C:\Dokumente und Einstellungen\Username\Lokale Einstellungen\Temp and its sub directory wct.
In English it should be something like 
C:\Documents and Settings\Username\Local Settings\Temp

But it would probably be more important for the wine devs to know more about your machine, which hardware do you use? Do you have SP3 installed, and what about recent drivers, especially for graphics, audio, and networking? Maybe if you update your Windows and drivers, the crash would go away.
