[Wine] Current state of MS Office 2003?

My problem was that it would crash on launch. Open a file, click
anywhere and Word crashes, restarts, crashes, restarts, crashes ...

I also understand that using Office 2003, native riched20.dll is
recommended - is this the case, is this documented anywhere obvious?
