[Wine] Photoshop Cs3 or Cs4

Fixme's are portions of missing code in the Windows API that are not
implemented. 

The real question is what happens when you attempt to run Photoshop CS 3
or 4?

Also, what version of Wine are you using?  From a terminal window type
in 'wine --version' without the single quotes.
