OK< have pretty much given up on Issue #1 - too much work to get Mono, and it turns out the program itself has editorial issues.

So, Issue #2 - no scrolling. To be honest, I am not sure what "try native" means, so assume it means to run it under the OS it is meant for - Windows in this case. Result: no problems. 

The program itself works really well, only the windows cannot be scrolled. 

Any suggestions on how to fix a richedit bug?
