You may need to mount the disk as a virtual CD drive and use that. DOSBox has the same issue with mixed mode CDs, and as such you have to run it off a disk image.

Note that you can't mount an iso--It must be a bin/cue image. Mount that as a virtual drive and it may work, assuming Wine has that functionality in the first place.
