i gave the app a try, and got the same bug. Probably an issue with missing fonts. From the debug log, there was someting like it seemed to need COURIER NEW. Anyway, i copied over all my fonts from my windows partition (in c:\\windows\\Fonts) to ~/.wine/drive_c/windows/Fonts, and the problem seemed to be gone. Could you give that a try?
