Since Linpus is based on Fedora, you could try the Fedora packages. http://www.winehq.org/site/download

As to how to specifically install on your system, normally I'd tell you to consult your distro's support forum, but Linpus doesn't seem to have one. There is a forum for the Acer Aspire One, so I recommend asking there: http://www.aspireoneuser.com/forum/
