The bug wasn't known when it was released. We release every two weeks
anyway, so it wasn't that big of a deal. Stable (1.0.1) was
unaffected.

Besides, it's unstable/development release. What's the fun in
releasing working versions all the time? Gotta keep users on their
toes ;-).
