When I tried to run BCArchive.exe I did get an error message, and the window failed to open, and the message was:

    fixme:toolbar:TOOLBAR_SetExtendedStyle Unknown Toolbar Extended Style 0x00000020. Please report.
    fixme:win:GetProcessDefaultLayout ( 0x32de74 ): No BiDi

I went back to the jetico web site:

     http://www.jetico.com/encryption-bcarchive/

and I reinstalled the application on my flash drive, it is a new revision, and it appears to works fine.
