No this is part 4 which isn't based on the scumm interpreter and the GRIME engine isn't supported by scummvm. You just have to run it on Wine. If the game doesn't switch to full screen either wine wasn't compiled with xrandr (unlikely) or you don't have the needed resolutions in your xorg.conf.
