Find tools/wine.inf...if you installed from a binary package, it's
likely in /usr/share/wine/tools/wine.inf.

Search for the DLL placeholder section, and add dnsapi.dll to the
list. Run 'wineboot' and look in ~/.wine/drive_c/system32, and it
should be there.
