[Wine] Operation 7 under Wine 1.0.1

Hey,
I'm trying to run " Operation 7 " under Wine 1.0.1.
I put all .exe files from Operation 7 under Wine and tried by double clicking the Operation 7 icon (operation7.desktop). Nothing happens.

The "Operation7.desktop" file looks as follows:

Does anybody know how to get this thing started?
