[Wine] Steam and Luxor

I decided to dabble with Mint and loaded it on our Notebook which is primarily for my wife, one thing I need to get working stat is Luxor quest for the afterlife through steam.. 

I have loaded steam and installed Luxor however when I launch luxor it will start loading (steam screen) and then disappear.. 


any ideas how I can get this running so I can then start learning about mint/linux.. need to make her happy :)
