[Wine] Office 2003 Language Bar

I have just installed Office 2003 in Wine 1.0.1, Ubuntu 8.10 Intrepid 64-bit. Everything seems to be working fine with the install when running the applications; however the Office "Langauge Bar" has popped up on my desktop and I can't get it to go away. In the Windows install, a right click - menu navigation on the bar itself leads to the option to remove. Running in wine the menus display as black boxes.

Does anyone know how to de-activate the Language bar in Wine?
