[Wine] Problem with cmd executing a file.exe

I want to exec a file named xt.exe (http://triana.escet.urjc.es/apliweb/xt.exe) in ubuntu.

Then, I use wine cmd and the result is:
Z:\home\michel\Escritorio>xt.exe

Unable to start the application.  The Microsoft virtual machine cannot be found.

Anyone has an idea?
