The package [used to be] just 'wine' under 9.04 or earlier. If that changed I wouldn't know, fully switched to Karmic. The PPA for Wine also seems to have switched development releases to wine1.2 without disturbing the original 'wine' package under karmic (that one is still 1.0.1 now).
