[Wine] OpenType Features :: why has it not been implemented?

hi you added Japanese numbers copied glyphs from MS Mincho and pasted it to roman unicode and not MS Gothic because yo need Japanse diretcons (北南東西上下左右後前) and why the opentype features not implemented?
