[Wine] Roll my own RPM?

Hi All,

I have several customers on CentOS 5.x.  CentOS being
what it is, Wine is sorely out of date.  So I compile my
own.  I would dearly love to not have to do this on
every machine.

Is there a way I can "roll my own" RPM for reuse on the
other machines?
