I am the UBERNOOB !

Hi There, I'm trying to install a Win Prog called Listing Factory, available here (if you need it) www.auctionlistingcreator.com

I'm running Linux Mint Gloria and I've installed Wine Successfully and also used WineTricks to install .net 2.0 as this Win Prog needs .net

The DotNet install went ok i think/hope, but the listing factory install didn't work as it needed .net etc which came in the installer and this of course failed. also incl was some MS Bull Progs like Win installer 3.1? or something to that effect.

Despite the failure notices on the install the prog seems to be in the fake C drive ok, and looks like it used to in Win. however i get the following 'windows errors when i try to run the Exe from wine.

1.
Miscrosoft Visual C++ Runtime Library
Runtime Error!
Program C:/...
R6034

Click ok and get
2.
Listing Factory 2009.exe .net framework initi..
C:/windows/Microsoft.Net/Framework/v2.0.50727/mscorwks.dll could not be loaded.

Click ok and get
3.
Initialization Error
The software requires .net framework 2.0 or higher etc etc yadda yadda

and finally (if im not giving too much info here i dunno)
click ok and get
4.
Application Error
Exception EAccessViolation in module Listing Factory 2009.exe
00031261
Access violation at address 00421361 in module 'Listing Factory 2009.exe'.
Read of addresss 00000000.

PS i notice on other posts .net needs a windows validation code but i've never been asked for it/entered it?

So I'm wondering should I
A. Uninstall and re-install stuff in a different order to get it to work?
B. Give up cause the Win Prog I'm trying to run is a POS to begin with?

If you choose Option B then please reccommend how I can easily create HTML for eBay Auctions including photo upload/thumbnail/scrolling banner dooferdangers
without going to auctiva as they've started charging.

I did pay for a full version of Listing Factory so I can upload images to their server and simply copy/paste the HTML at the end of the process into eBay and it's so quick and neat and makes my listing process so much easier.

I have about 400 things i need to list on ebay, i wont use turbolister it's not suitable 4 my needs and i need something capable of hosting pictures or at least integrate free pic hosting as i find Pictures on eBay Sell items so I'm i usually have 5-20 photos per item !! Lol.

I truely hope someone can help me, if i can run this listing factory crap then great if not, point me somewhere else where i can resolve the main issue of needing to list in bulk with pretty WYSIWYG html & photo hosting etc etc

your ubernoob
