[Wine] Driving cygwin setup from the command line

  [I have installed cygwin using winetricks]
  I am starring at: http://www.cygwin.com/faq/faq.setup.html#faq.setup.cli

  But I still do not understand how I can drive cygwin setup to
install a bunch of package from the command line ? any hint ?
