Are you sure that's the correct path? Most Windows apps install themselves to a subdirectory of Program Files.

Open a terminal and cd to the directory where bbw.exe is located:

cd "$HOME/.wine/drive_c/bb"


Then run it with this command:

wine bbw.exe


Post whatever messages appear in the terminal.
