OK, thanks Das Letzte Einhorn, I updated to Wine v 1.1.28 as you suggested and all seems OK now with Mdaemon v9.0.6 installed. There are a few issues with running Mdaemon in Wine and running as a service doesn't seem to work. Thanks Simon
