Use http://bugs.winehq.org to report all these bugs. Don't forget to check if certain bugs are already filed, first, and also don't forget to attach the terminal output Wine gives with any of these. If you do all this, it'll help Wine immensely as that's the place where bugs are filed, discussed and fixed. :)
