Deleting it should work:
rm /home/lance/.winetrickscache/dotnet20/dotnetfx.exe

Renaming is:
mv /home/lance/.winetrickscache/dotnet20/dotnetfx.exe
/home/lance/.winetrickscache/dotnet20/dotnetfx.exe.broken
