E5200 @ 3.6 ghz, with an 8800GT.So about mid range these days, depending on your definition.But hardware only goes so far with wine in any case, so it would not surprise me if slower cards are not much slower with these games, provided that the right patch is used.I upgraded to a GTX275 recently, and while it improved average and maximum framerates in some games under wine, it didn't improve minimum framerates in most cases, because wine itself is bottlenecking the card.However, I get close to double the performance or more under windows.
