The GMA500 does not use the normal Intel driver it is unrelated to any other Intel GPUs. This GPU 'Pulsbro' (or something like that) is a PowerVR chip which Intel licensed. It has very poor Linux drivers some half-baked opensource / closed source driver. I don't think you can find updated drivers at this point and there are also no specs available for it ...
