You keep forgetting to add that you want to run Windows programs. This last fact changes everything.

Wine can be compiled for PPC but it will NOT run Windows programs. There is no known working solution to have Wine run Windows programs on PPC, short of running full x86 virtual machine with x86 distro in it.
